Roulette Privacy Policy
Roulette is a Chrome extension for visual tab management. It renders a local tab compass so users can view, switch, rotate, create, close, randomize, and organize open Chrome tabs from a floating wheel UI.
Data Used Locally
Roulette reads open-tab metadata from Chrome so it can render the tab compass and perform tab actions requested by the user. This metadata can include:
- Tab title
- Tab URL
- Tab favicon
- Tab active, discarded, and pinned state
- Tab index, window id, and group id
Roulette also stores local settings, including:
- Theme selection
- Wheel position and rotation
- Overlay visibility
- Duplicate-tab ordering metadata
- Return-navigation history
Data Sharing
The current extension version does not send browsing data to any external server. Roulette does not sell user data and does not use analytics, ads, tracking pixels, or third-party telemetry.
